The Lamacchia Realty 25 Hottest Towns report is in! We look at every town in Massachusetts and take the Top 25 with the most growth in the number of sales when compared to last year. To make this list there has to be a minimum of 200 sales in 2020 including single families, condos, and multi-families. We also look at the median prices of each town.

Top 10 Hottest Towns in 2020
- In Orleans, the number of homes sold increased by 71.3%, to 233, and median prices increased by 40%, to $700,000.
