Waltham, MA – For the seventh year in a row, Lamacchia Realty has been included in the Inc. 5000 list of the top 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in America! It was announced publicly today that Lamacchia Realty is #3,702 on the list.
To be included in this list, Inc. 5000 takes into consideration revenue, 3-year growth percentage, and the number of employees of each company. Over the past three years, Lamacchia Realty has exhibited 100% growth, a large increase from the three people who started the company in 2005. Lamacchia Realty’s 2017 revenue reached $9.1 Million.

Only 3.5% of the tens of thousands of companies that applied to the Inc. 5000 over the years have made the list 7 times, and Lamacchia Realty achieved this as of 2018. It becomes more difficult to make the list each year as a company’s starting base grows, but Lamacchia Realty’s recent and continual expansion made this possible once again. In the last three years, Lamacchia Realty has more than doubled in agent count, sales volume and revenue. On average, agents who join Lamacchia more than triple their business in their first twelve months.
Lamacchia Realty opened its fifth office in Norwood earlier this year, as well as purchased and renovated a new location for their existing Worcester office. In 2016, the company opened offices in Woburn, & Worcester, as well as a satellite office in Nashua, New Hampshire. The company’s headquarters is located in Waltham and their office in Westford opened in August of 2015. Later this year, Lamacchia Realty will move their existing Woburn office to a newly renovated office in a more convenient location for agents and clients.
