About Kathleen Capobianco
Kathleen joined Lamacchia Realty with years of Real Estate experience. She was first licensed in 1987 and received her broker license in 1993. She originally wanted her real estate license to be a more informed home buyer, but quickly realized the business was a perfect fit for her personality and interests. Kathleen kept her hand in real estate throughout her 20 years in corporate America where she worked at Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies, and Philips in Finance Operations. Kathleen has experienced every side of the real estate transaction since she also worked as a mortgage loan officer, as a notary public, a Massachusetts licensed appraiser, and an auditor for commercial leases. This wide range of experience helps make her an excellent REALTOR® who is ready to advise her clients in all facets.
Kathleen’s goals are to educate her clients throughout the process and help them to feel secure and confident throughout the transaction. Kathleen has always been a natural when it comes to helping and educating others and it fully shines through her job as a REALTOR®. Her clients describe her as compassionate, hardworking, and professional. Kathleen has lived, worked, and attended school in Andover and North Andover for most of her life and is a true expert in the area and surrounding communities.
