Kathleen brings a wealth of real estate knowledge and experience to Lamacchia Realty. First licensed in 1987 and earning her broker’s license in 1993, she initially pursued real estate to become a more informed homebuyer. However, she quickly discovered a passion for the industry and a natural talent for guiding others through the buying and selling process.

With a strong background in corporate finance, Kathleen spent 20 years at Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies, and Philips in Finance Operations while staying active in real estate. Her diverse experience includes working as a mortgage loan officer, a Massachusetts licensed appraiser, a notary public, and an auditor for commercial leases. This well-rounded expertise allows her to provide clients with valuable insights from every angle of a transaction.
